Orders may be shipped from Switzerland or Germany, depending on the order and shipping destination.

Please note that additional costs may apply depending on where your order is shipped from, where it is being delivered to, the value and nature of the goods, and the applicable local regulations.

These costs can include customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, customs clearance fees or handling charges from the shipping carrier. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these additional costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping fee covers the cost of shipping the parcel and does not automatically include any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may arise during transit.

All customs declarations are made accurately according to the actual value and nature of the goods. We cannot declare a lower value or mark an order as a gift.
